  I live close by and was really excited that DD was coming to this part of Spring Hill. It has to be the worst customer service i have ever experienced on a continued basis. It makes me dread to come her, I don't get it. DD has always been awesome from St Petersburg to Brooksville. Come on DD corporate get your act together!!!

  I'm really excited about this location, been here 3 times, but the coffees aren't being made very well at the moment. 3 tbsp of sugar just sits at the bottom of my drink. Not mixed well at all. I worked for a Dunkin for 2 years and ice is added to the cup first. Seems like they are putting my sugar first and packing it down with the ice so it sits at the bottom...Understanding everyone is a little new so I'll give it another week.

  They forgot order then tried to make up with it by giving my grandma a free item. Not nice people. They got like 50 people orders wrong. One girl stopped, got out of the drive threw. Went in side and complained because they got her order wrong.

  Only got 4 stars because they gave me a strawberry creme donut instead of the chocolate creme that I ordered. But they were polite and friendly.
