There was a long line, but when I got the the counter the person behind the counter was friendly, courteous, and helpful. my other experience was less positive. When I got to the counter the person was much more interested in what was happening with other employees than what was happening with their customers. I know that sounds a little selfish, but it is a customer service position, I think you kind of have to pay attention to the customers.June 18, 2016
